01 — acceptance of terms
By using Flowcentra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 — description of service
Flowcentra is an inventory synchronization tool for multi-channel sellers. It reads active listing status from connected marketplaces — Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and Bonanza — and synchronizes your inventory nightly to prevent duplicate sales of one-of-a-kind items.
03 — permitted use
Flowcentra is intended for use by independent sellers managing their own inventory. You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful inventory management purposes
- Provide accurate information when connecting your marketplace accounts
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs
- Comply with the terms of service of all connected marketplaces
04 — API access and permissions
Flowcentra accesses third-party marketplace APIs on your behalf using permissions you explicitly grant. Flowcentra requests only the minimum permissions necessary — listing status data only. No checkout, payment, or customer personal data is accessed.
05 — data use
Flowcentra collects and stores only listing status data (SKU, active/inactive state) required to provide the synchronization service. No personal customer data, payment information, or order history is collected or stored beyond what is necessary to detect sales and cancellations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
06 — availability
Flowcentra is currently in early access. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
07 — limitation of liability
Flowcentra is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowcentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to inventory discrepancies, missed sales, duplicate sales, or listing errors.
08 — changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Flowcentra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
