Privacy Policy

What we collect

Flowcentra collects only the minimum data necessary to provide inventory synchronization services:

Etsy listing status (SKU, active/inactive state) via the Etsy API listings_r scope
eBay active listing data via the eBay Trading API
Shopify product and inventory data via the Shopify Admin API
Bonanza order and listing status via the Bonanza API

What we do not collect

Flowcentra does not collect, store, or process customer personal data, payment information, order details beyond sale status, or any data unrelated to inventory listing status.

How we use data

Listing status data is used solely to synchronize inventory across channels and detect items that have sold on one channel but remain listed on others. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Listing status data is updated nightly and only current status is retained. No historical customer data is stored.

Third-party services

Flowcentra connects to the following third-party APIs on your behalf: Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and Bonanza. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API credentials are stored securely in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the client.
